  1. Introduction1.1. Welcome to Busy Body Visa Services, a visa preparation agency offering consultations and paperwork services for various visa applications.1.2. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services. By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.1.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.
  2. Definitions2.1. Client: The individual or entity engaging our Services.2.2. Services: Visa consultations, preparation, and submission of visa applications offered by Busy Body Visa Services.2.3. Application: The visa application and supporting documents prepared and submitted by us on behalf of the Client.2.4. Consultation: The initial discussion to assess visa needs and provide advice.
  3. Scope of Services3.1. Our Services include:a. Visa consultations to determine eligibility and requirements.b. Preparation and submission of visa applications and relevant documentation.c. Communication with relevant authorities regarding application status.3.2. Our Services do not include direct assistance with visa interviews. Clients are responsible for their own preparation.
  4. Client Obligations4.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information.4.2. Clients should inform us promptly of any changes in their circumstances affecting their visa application.4.3. Cooperation and timely submission of necessary documentation by the Client are essential for the effective delivery of our Services.4.4. Visa approval decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities; we do not guarantee approval.
  5. Payment Terms5.1. Service fees will be provided in a formal quotation.5.2. Payments should be made according to the terms outlined in the quotation.5.3. All payments will be charged in US Dollars, or the equivalent converted value.5.4. Clients are responsible for additional costs such as government fees, translations, and courier charges.
  6. Refund Policy6.1. Clients may request a refund before the initial application is submitted, subject to a deduction of 20% of the total fee or $500, whichever is higher.6.2. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to cameron@busybodyvisa.com.6.3. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request, provided conditions are met.6.4. No refunds will be issued after the initial application has been sent.
  7. Confidentiality7.1. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of Clients’ personal information.7.2. Client information will only be shared with third parties as required by law or for the completion of Services.7.3. We will implement reasonable security measures to safeguard Clients’ information.
  8. Limitation of Liability8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to our Services.8.2. Our total liability to the Client for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services.8.3. We are not responsible for delays or failures beyond our control, such as government processing times, changes in immigration laws, or incomplete information provided by the Client.
  9. Severability9.1. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  10. Good Faith Clause

10.1. Both parties agree to act in good faith in fulfilling their respective obligations under these Terms.

  1. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.

11.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

  1. Termination

12.1. Either party may terminate Services by giving written notice to the other.

12.2. Upon termination, Clients are responsible for any unpaid fees for Services rendered up to the date of termination.

12.3. No refunds will be issued after the submission of the initial application.

  1. Force Majeure

13.1. Neither party will be liable for delays caused by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.

  1. Entire Agreement

14.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Busy Body Visa Services and the Client concerning the use of our Services.

  1. Miscellaneous

16.1. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

16.2. These Terms are written in English. In case of a conflict between versions in other languages, the English version will prevail.

16.3. These Terms are binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.

By using our Services, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
