Most I-129F templates are a blank form and a checklist. This one is built by a former visa fraud prevention officer, the person whose job was to look for what’s missing, inconsistent or doesn’t add up. Every page is designed so your evidence tells one clear, consistent story.
What you get
1. The fillable I-129F petition packet. Everything USCIS needs, in the order USCIS expects it:
- Official fillable Form I-129F, Form G-1145 and Form G-1450
- Fillable cover letter with a tab-by-tab index
- Criminal history addendum with a sworn declaration, if you need one
- Tabs 2 to 8: proof of citizenship, the beneficiary’s passport, divorce decrees, trips, communication, statements of intent to marry, and court records
- Travel pages that pair your e-ticket with the message where you told your fiancé(e) the trip was booked
- Lodging pages that pair your hotel booking with the message about where you were staying
- Separate pages for photos of the two of you and photos with family and friends, the evidence officers look for and most couples leave out
- Two images per page at most, so every screenshot and document stays readable in print
2. An Approved I-129F packet. A finished redacted example so you can see exactly what a strong packet looks like before you build yours: every tab filled in, every caption written, every date consistent across the form, tickets, stamps and statements. It even shows how to disclose a past arrest that was expunged.
Your documents stay on your computer
Your passport, divorce decree and court records are among the most sensitive documents you own. With this kit, nothing gets uploaded to Google Docs or any other website. You fill it in on your own computer, save it and print it.
Every page prints exactly right
The layout is locked. Add a photo and nothing shifts, spills onto the next page or breaks the formatting. What you see on screen is what prints.
What you need
The free Adobe Acrobat Reader on a Windows or Mac computer. The kit does not work in web browsers such as Edge or Chrome, in Mac Preview or on phones. Adobe Reader takes two minutes to install from get.adobe.com/reader.
Who it’s for
U.S. citizens filing for a fiancé(e) on their own, especially couples where the beneficiary is in the Philippines. If the petitioner has filed for other fiancé(e)s before, has a restraining order or a violent or domestic violence record, or either of you has VAWA concerns, have a professional prepare your case. This kit isn’t built for those situations.
